In Feldenkrais® Awareness Through Movement® lessons you learn to pay attention to yourself. Through this quality of attention you learn something about how you move. The embodied knowledge that comes from recognising your habits in movement is transferred into other areas of your life.

The benefits of this self-awareness include pain relief and improvements in the way you move through daily life – from the very simple such as walking and sitting to more specialised such as weight lifting, performance, or whatever you do.

When you feel better moving through your daily life, this transfers into how you see and interact with your world. You cannot separate your actions from your thinking, feelings and emotions.
